A 20% deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

In the case of bookings made within 6 weeks, full payments is required.
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received within 28 days will be liable to pay 80% of the holiday cost. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the holiday start date. In the case of extreme weather conditions, we are not liable to offer any refunds.
The caravan will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival on presentation of your booking confirmation and registration form. Your keys are kept in a key safe located outside your caravan. Please make sure to place the key back into the safe on your departure.
The caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
If smoking outside, please dispose of any cigarette ends and do not leave them on the ground outside the caravan. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
No pets are allowed in the caravan.
Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds; however you are required to supply your own bed linen. Towels/tea towels are not provided.
Gas and electricity is included in the booking price.
Only the persons named on the booking form can occupy the caravan. We are not able to accept bookings from single sex parties or groups predominantly under 21 years of age.
We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your personal belongings; this should be covered by your own holiday insurance.
We do ask for a £100 security bond as a separate cheque for each break. If the caravan is left clean and tidy and without damages we can either send you the cheque back or shred it.
